Dr. Chicoine is the Medical Director of the Adult Down Syndrome Center of Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. He is the Co-Founder of the center where over 5,000 adolescents and adults with Down Syndrome have been served since it opened in 1992.

Dr. Chicoine is also the co-author of the Guide to Good Health and Mental Wellness in Adults with Down Syndrome
